Part-time/Freelance/Full-time Coffee Machine Service Technician

Job Description:

1.  Reponsible for installing, maintaining and servicing company's customer coffee machines, with a focus on timeliness and customer service
2. In-house training will be provided
3. Installation and testing of coffee machines at site
4. All other non-technical duties assigned

Requirements:

1. Able to work independently and as a team, and manage time appropriately to meet deadlines
2. Able to work under minimum supervision
3. Able to handle multiple priorities
4. Must be detail-oriented and have excellent follow-up
5. Able to provide a high-level of quality customer service
6. Must have at least Class 2B licence. Those with additional Class 3 driving licence  will have an added advantage
7. Able to speak basic English and Mandarin
8. Basic Electrical & Mechanical Knowledge. ITE fresh graduates in Electrical or Mechanical, and those who are good with tools are also welcome to apply.
9. Able to work irregular hours (our clientele includes event organisers, and funeral operators)
10. Positive working attitude, Matured and Motivated
